Education

EFIS aims to support the education of early career researchers in Europe. EFIS is also proud to promote public outreach activities to help improve the public's awareness of immunological issues. 

EFIS does this in a number of ways:

• Organising the European Congress of Immunology - the largest meeting of immunologists in Europe.
• Providing EFIS-IL Short-Term Fellowships, which allow ECRs to do a laboratory exchange of up to three months to learn new methods.
• Providing EFIS-EJI Event funding for high-calibre immunology schools in Europe.
• Promoting educational resource materials for the public, such as providing the translation of the book: Your Amazing Immune System.
