Stipends for the 2020 DGfI Spring School

The German Society for immunology has announced the availability of 3 scholarships for students from and studying/working in low to middle income countries for the 2020 Spring School on Immunology of the DGfI (through joint sponsorship of IUIS and the German Society for Immunology). The Spring School on Immunology is an advanced training in immunological topics for young scientists with solid knowledge of immunology, e.g. doctoral students in their last year. The next school will take place from March 29th to April 3rd, 2020. Click here for all information on the school. Deadline for stipend applications is November 15, 2019. ACTERIA Prizes awarded by EFIS


The call for applications for the 2020 ACTERIA Prizes awarded by EFIS is now open!

Together with the Fondation ACTERIA - ACTing on European Research in Immunology and Allergology - 2 prizes will be awarded for the best doctoral theses in the fileds of immunology and allergology defended in the last 3 years. Click here for full details.

EFIS Task Forces soon to launch!


Building on consensus reached during the first EFIS Strategic Retreat in Berlin this past March, three EFIS Task Forces, composed of representatives nominated by National Societies, are now taking shape and will soon kick off. Read more here.
